I’m thankful for snow. We have enough now that it’s good for something, and it does make my world beautiful.

This afternoon both daughter and son went skiing for the first time this year. Son took the dogs with him and they all came home tired and happy and glad that winter is here.

• Becky is thankful “for the way God’s Word stands guard over our hearts.”

• Rachel is thankful for the gift of reading.
• Lisa is thankful for her volunteer work at a pregnancy center.
• Rosemary is thankful for jigsaw puzzles.
• Suzanne is thankful for online shopping and UPS delivery.
• Update: Ian is thankful for no snow in Winnipeg. “I can still commute to work on my bike and the extra time out in the air enables me to pray more and think on things that give me life.”
