November of Thanksgiving 3

You can get this button from Lisa of Lisa Notes.I’m thankful for my youngest son, who helped me wash the upper half of the dining room walls and fill the nail holes yesterday afternoon. Today, he’s going to help me sand those walls and paint them. I’m very thankful that God has provided me with willing help for some of the big home upkeep projects.

Now I just wish that the helper was as peppy in the morning as I am.

Others thanking God today:

Update 7pm PDT:

What are you thankful for today?

Once again, I’ll be back this evening to add any more thanksgiving posts I find. As more people participate, it gets more likely that I’ll make mistakes in my posting, so if I miss your post or mess up a link, please tell me. And remember, if you miss a day or two, you’ll need to give me a heads up on your next thanksgiving post.

Do you want to participate, too? You’ll find instructions here for the ways both bloggers and nonbloggers can join in the thanksgiving.

Today I'm grateful for clean air and a wonderful drive over the mountains. To see a flock of wild turkeys is a gift, to have a healthy flock of sheep is a gift, to have healthy horses, dogs and cats is a gift and I'm grateful for all. God has blessed me well beyond my deserving and my heart is grateful.

I, too, am thankful for your doing this, Becky. There's a wonderfully big list of participants, and it's work for you. I'm certain all of the thankful folks appreciate it!

My heart is grateful for daily duties, home made bread, hot soup...food of both the physical and spiritual kind..., rain for a thirsty earth, oncoming winter and God's strength, mercy and grace. He alone knows how much we'll need in the coming days.
